Rocks with a story to tell on BIlberry Hill ridge

Geology was one of James Watt’s many interests. James Watt and James Watt Jnr corresponded about the geology of the Lickey Hills. Find out why this area is so special. This walk, led by Julie Schroder will look at the geology of these much loved hills and will include a visit to a little known old quarry.

Julie Schroder is a retired teacher and amateur geologist. She is a volunteer with Lickey Hills Geo-Champions and Newsletter editor for the Black Country Geological Society.
